ELECTRODE ENT120

The electrode ENT120 is used in steam boilers, and is mounted in the ERAB electrode stand with flange connection. The electrode determine the water level by measuring the difference in conductivity between steam and water, one electrode for each level. The electrodes are adapted for difference levels. The length of the electrode can be shortened or lengthened. The insulator is made of teflon PTFE, the electrode bar of stainless steel 8mm AISI 303 and the external fitting of DIN 9S NMPV36. The electrode seals with a copper gasket. A copper gasket can only be used once. Do not grease the electrode thread M14 with graphite or molycote, use only teflon tape.

The electrode SH25 is used mainly on super heated boilers, steam boilers, feed water tanks and expansions systems.

The electrode may be installed vertically or horizontally with one electrode used for each alarm level.

MULTI-PROBE ELECTRODE TYPE SME 32.

ELECTRODE SME 32

This multi-probe electrode is used mainly for steam boiler applications and houses a maximum of 4 electrodes. These electrodes measure the difference in conductivity between steam and water, each designated to a particular level. The length of each level measurement point can be adjusted by lengthening or shortening the individual electrode bar. Where the length exceed 1000mm, then the electrode is supplied in two sections with a connection socket. When the electrode bar length exceed 450mm it’s supplied with a vibration disc/stay. Installation should be in the vertical position into a socket or flange. Standard connection is 1.¼” BSP. The electrode is sealed with a copper gasket. Teflon sealing tape may be used on the threading, however thread protecting lubricants and greases should not be used.

ELECTRODE STAND FOR STEAM BOILERS AND SUPER HEATED BOILERS

ERAB electrode stand is available in 3 types A – B – C
Type A

Consists of a flange cover, and a blind flange in dimension DN50-DN100 in pressure range PN16 – PN160. The flange is provided with 1 – 6 pcs. electrode thread M14 x 1,25. The electrode stand type A is only used when the boiler is provided with an inside or outside water column.

Type B

Consists of a flange cover, a protection tube dim. 88,9 x 3,2 mm, a splash plate and a blind flange DN100 PN16 – PN160, with 6 pcs. electrode thread. The electrode stand type B is used in boilers, where the length of the electrodes is less than 500mm.
Type C

Consists of a flange cover, a protection tube, a vibration stay, a splash plate and a blind flange DN100 PN16 – PN160, with 6 pcs. Electrode thread. The electrode stand type C is used in boilers, when the length of the electrodes exceed 500mm.
