HIGH AND LOW LEVEL ALARM SLH STEAM BOILERS - HOT WATER BOILER - EXPANSION SYSTEMS

LEVEL ALARM SLH

The SETEC level alarm consists of a module type SLH and 2 electrodes. The electrodes measure the level by conductive measuring.

The LOW LEVEL ALARM stops the heating and activates the alarm, if the level falls below the electrode of the low level alarm. (Electronic delay approx. 10 sec.). The low level alarm automati-cally resets, when the level is raised to or above the electrode.

The HIGH LEVEL ALARM stops the feed water pump and activates the alarm, if the level raises to the level of the electrode of the high level (electronic delay about 10 sec.). The high level alarm automatically resets, when the level falls below the electrode.

ELECTRODE

The electrode type SEP, is used in steam boilers, and is mounted in the SETEC electrode stand with flange connection. (Dim. standard DN100 PN40 DIN2527). Electrode stands for other dimensions and pressure, can be supplied on request. The electrode SME 25, is used in hot water boilers, feed water tanks and expansion systems. The electrode is mounted on a socket at the level, which will activate the alarm. Connection 1″ BSP – PN40. The multi probe electrode type SME 32., is used in steam boilers who are providing with an inside protection tube/water column

MODULE

The module is provided with a plug-in connection, and consists of unit for power supply, amplifier, timedelay, relays, signallamps (LED), test and by pass buttons. The module is produced for panel or wall mounting, and is compensated against variations in the power supply, the conductivity and the ambient temperature.

The SLH is approval by Nemko and Det Norske Veritas.
